For specialist cutting our twin bed CMS 5-axis machine produces the most intricate parts straight from your 3D CAD files.

 

Our L1200 Euro laser has a 150W tube powerful enough to cut through 15mm acrylic in one pass, but won’t melt parts with the finest detail.

 

State of the art 3D printing on our Stratysys 250Mc gives us the capability to produce rapid prototypes, vac form sample patterns and small run manufacturing batches.

 

On site vacuum forming with the skill set to make all our own patterns is just one more service in our comprehensive manufacturing capability.
